STANDS AND STALLS
2016 sees a change to the Harrow Fireworks Festival and display. This change requires that all sellers need to be at the event by no later than 10am This year we are a FREE event from 12pm until 4pm. The Harrow Fireworks Festival will then continue as a paid for event.
The other change is that this year we will have a marquee to place all our stands and business in that are not selling food or drink.

We would like to invite you to participate at our Harrow, Brent, Barnet and Hillingdon Family fun day and Fireworks Display (THE BIG BANG EVENT) The event is open to everybody and will take advantage of all cultures. Whether you are celebrating a memorable event like Diwali or Guy Fawkes night or just want something different to do for the day, Harrow Fireworks Festival and Harrow event has something for you. A great mix of culture and ideas under one sky, fun for kids and adults alike, on Saturday 05th November 2016.
The event is held on Saturday 05th November 2016. You will need to be at the event at Byron Park, Peel Road, Harrow, HA3 7QX. You will be allowed on site from 8am and must be set up with all cars moved to the event car park by 11am.
The gates open at 12pm with people expected to start arriving from 1pm. The main fireworks display is at 7.30pm
Please note that pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis as pitches are limited. Stalls, tables and chairs, roofs, gazebos and marquees are not provided but you are free to supply your own. We will have lighting so that you will not be working in the dark.

1, All sellers must be at the event between 8am, but no later than 10am.
2, We do ask you to promote us on your website and social media platforms, with links to our website. www.harrowfireworks.co.uk
3, All vehicles and drivers must follow marshals instructions and follow them to your pitch.
4, All cars MUST be off the event field by 11am at the latest. You will be able to park in our car park.
5, Cars will not be allowed back on the field until 8pm, or when the final customers have left the event. This will be at the marshals discretion.
6. Lighting towers will be in use so that you're not working in the dark.
7. ALL LITTER MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU. There will be a fine of £250 if litter is not taken with you. This includes any promotional material that you have been using.
8, All business must carry their own public liabilities insurances.
9. Cars will not be permitted onto the field if we have experienced high levels of rainfall prior to the event.
